The ten-minute import
Drop any export into our importer — a CSV, a calendar file, even a PDF of contracts or invoices — and the AI reads your bookings, clients and venues in for you to review. Nothing is re-typed, nothing imports until you approve it, and every record stays editable afterwards.

Email your exports to hello@boothplanner.co.uk with the subject Migration and a human will have your account set up within one working day. Whatever files you can get out — spreadsheets, PDFs, screenshots of your diary — we'll work with them.
Run both side by side
Nothing here requires cancelling your current platform on day one. Import your bookings, take a few enquiries through the new flow, and switch off the old one when — and only when — you're sure. Your data stays exportable here too, always.
Getting your data out of BoothBook
BoothBook holds your bookings, clients and payments — look for Export or Download options in the bookings and contacts areas, or ask their support for CSV exports of each. Can't find an export? UK GDPR gives you the right to a copy of your data — their support has to provide it — or just email us whatever you can download and we'll take it from there.
The move
- 1. Export your clients and bookings as CSV
- 2. Import them on the Import page
- 3. Add your booths to Equipment (availability and conflicts come free)
- 4. Recreate packages with their kit lists — load-lists assemble per event from then on
